    Description

    Presented today is this gorgeous vintage Hopi basket, dating from about 1920.
    It measures 11 inches in diameter and 3 and a half inches tall.
    The design depicts 3 mythical birds circling the center of the basket. It is a very unusual motif for a Hopi basket, and obviously was meant for domestic use and not for sale.
    It is in great condition for its age, and would display beautifully in any Southwest Art collection. It has acquired a beautiful patina of age. i absolutely guarantee its authenticity.
