Description

This is a wonderful rare Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Beer Stein 1/4 L, the pattern is rosette, the number is 1938. This piece is antique and is in nice condition, there are some imperfections we will go over with corresponding photos. If you look at photo 1 there is a white spot, imperfection on the side of the stein.  Please note this thumb tab is in the form of a face, very nice relief detail with a warm red brown back round. Please see photo 2, and 7 you can see the wear in the metal.  Photo 9 shows a discoloration ring at the bottom inside of stein.  The maker mark is clearly shown in last photo.   Please check out all of the photos.  Please feel free to ask any questions, this one stands 6 5/8" to top of thumb tab.
