Physical Condition:
Some of the storage bags have been torn, stained and/or missing the grab handles.  Some of the kits will not be shipped with the storage bag due to the poor condition the bags was in.
This is a NEW item. That said, it is important to note that we generally sell old stock. In some cases the original boxes may be damaged or non-existent. There also may be some scratches, marks, and other grime on the item from not being in a box.  We will try and clean off the part as much as we can before we ship it out to you.
Shipping:
Please note that we ship on the business day following the receipt of your *cleared* PayPal payment.
Due to shipping size limitations, we reserve the right to remove items from their original packaging, and repack items into a different box.
Functional Condition:
Because it’s never been used, you should expect this item to perform as a new item does. If you run into difficulty, let us know.
Warranties / Returns:
As long as it has not been used or installed, we give all domestic buyers 30 days of receiving their item, to contact us with any problems they may have with their purchased item.
Items are not returnable after 30 days of receiving it.
Returns are not available to any items that were shipped internationally.
