NOTE: The box is taped shut so I can’t see how the manufacturer internally packed it, but it sounds like the product is loose in the box. When you pick it up you can feel movement/weight shifting inside the box. I’m going to pack the order in a larger shipping box with padding. For additional protection, I can open the product box to fill with more padding so that the products aren’t tumbling around into each other during transit. It’s up to you; I will only open the sealed box at your request, after purchasing the item. Either way, if there’s any problem I will pay for the return shipping and provide a refund.
