    This repair kit contains replacement diaphragms and valve assemblies that can be used on the BP171 Diaphragm Pump from Comet.
    If you notice the oil in the sight glass tube is milky grey in color, this indicates your diaphragms are damaged and need replacing. Stop using the pump and replace the diaphragms as soon as you can because running a diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can result in serious damage to the pump. It is recommended to avoid running your pump with damaged diaphragms by replacing them after each season or 500 hours of use.
