    Description

    A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Carlos Baerga was signed as an undrafted free agent in 1985 by the San Diego Padres. He subsequently played for the Cleveland Indians (1990-1996, 1999), New York Mets (1996-1998), Boston Red Sox (2002), Arizona Diamondbacks (2003-2004) and Washington Nationals (2005), and in the minor league systems of the Cincinnati Reds. He was elected to the Indians Hall of Fame in 2013.
