    This is a rare early 1900's hand woven Klamath Indian gaming/gambling tray. The craftsmanship is excellent, the weave is fine, and the design is well executed,, balance and aesthetically pleasing.. The basket 15.5" diameter by 2" high.  The basket is in exceptional condition with

    repairs, break with thread or tears. Basket has a strong rim.
    The Klamath Indian homeland is in Southern Oregon and Northern California near the headwaters of the Klamath River.
