    Description

    At offer is a beautiful  Native American Indian Wabanaki (Micmac, Passamoquoddy, Penobscot)
    Poly-chrome Brown Ash & Sweet Grass Basket
    that was purchased in the 1920's.  The original price of $.50 is written in pencil and still on the bottom of the basket.  It is approximately 5” in diameter  and 4 tall.

    This is just one of four Wabanaki Baskets I obtained from an estate and that were purchased in Maine during the 1920's.
