    Description

    At offer is what I believe to be Antique 1890's to very early 1900's  Northwest Coast Native American Makah Indian Basket.   It is decorated with what appears to be three men in a hunting canoe pursuing a Sea Lion or perhaps a Duck.  The basket is approximately 7" across the top and 4" deep.  It is in very nice condition but the colors show more vividly in the photos than in real life.
